Goin to go to the gym here... havent been in about a month due to the hectic hours put in with my last job, new job and worship ireland. gonna be soooooooo sore later! prob not last to long.
but the pursuit of weight loss and gettin my fat ass fit again needs to continue if i ever want to grace a rugby pitch again!
just had a wee light brekfast an gonna sweat it out for maybe an hour then go to work.
have to think of something creative to do with the primary school kids at Junior drop-in tonight...
